Body Action Gym invites the running community to a one-day-only performance experience dedicated to building winter strength for sprinters, trail runners, road runners, and endurance athletes.
Trade your cold Saturday morning run for strength training designed to boost endurance and prevent injury.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each 60-minute session includes:
Dynamic Warm-Up
Mobility-boosting drills to open the hips, spine, and shoulders – priming your body for peak performance.
Activation Drills
Targeted exercises to activate glutes, core, and key stabilisers – laying the foundation for powerful, controlled movement.
Strength Circuit
Single-leg and posterior chain strength work, building the lower-body power, balance, and posture essential for running efficiency.
Core and Plyometrics
Core stability and explosive plyometric drills designed to improve stride rhythm, running mechanics, and injury resilience.
Mobility and Recovery
Foam rolling and static stretches to ease muscle tension, restore flexibility, and promote faster recovery.
